Weland Solutions has its own nationwide maintenance organisation based in Gislaved and Västerås. Our maintenance personnel have many years of experience and extensive training, for example, we have personnel certified to perform inspections of diverse rack systems.

Maintenance contract for Vertical storage lifts

A sure path to trouble-free operation

Compact vertical storage lifts have important functions for efficient warehouse management and integrated production. Contracted maintenance is the best way to ensure continuous trouble-free operation. The contract also improves the chances of maximising the benefits of the vertical storage lift.

The maintenance contract clearly specifies the actions covered by the agreement, when they should be performed and at what cost.

Two versions of the maintenance contract are available; for preventative maintenance and for remedial maintenance. A complete agreement combining both versions is a contract that gives you the highest priority in case of emergency need for support.

Preventive maintenance (PM)

  • Travel costs and wear parts are included in the price.
  • Times for maintenance work are guaranteed.
  • Procedures for updating the status of the facility.
  • Facility trained staff perform all maintenance work.

Customer-adapted training

  • Includes maximisation of facility performance.
  • Training to ensure optimum use of the equipment.

Remedial maintenance (RM)

  • Discount for spare parts and installation times.
  • Free telephone support included. (Daytime 07.00–16.00 weekdays. Closed for Lunch 12.00-13.00)
  • Emergency fault prioritisation.

Protect yourself against interferance after regular working hours

Signing one of our extended support agreements to further minimize downtime in production. By phone and/or by remote control of your machines will we help you to resolve the error immediately.

Extended contract

With an extended support contract do you get access to our telephone support and remote control help outside regular working hours between 16:00 – 22:00 on weekdays.

24/7 contract

With our 24/7 support contract do you get access to our telephone support and remote control around the clock all days of the week.

Support client for troubleshooting Vertical Storage Lifts

Weland Solutions uses software developed by TeamViewer to troubleshoot vertical storage lifts. This allows us at Weland Solutions to easily, safely and quickly connect to your computer system. This speeds up troubleshooting significantly at the same time as the problem is solved directly in the right environment.

It requires no installation or administrator privileges on your computer, you just start an exe file, which in turn communicates via a shared server at TeamViewer; you can always close the session by clicking on the ‘shut down’ button on your control panel, which is automatically positioned in the bottom right corner of your computer screen.

Follow these steps to get started.

  1. Download the exe file
  2. Start the software.
  3. Call Weland Solutions.
  4. Read the ID (nine digit number) and password for personnel at Weland Solutions.
