How to choose the right fitting solution
The right fitting solution depends on what you store, how often the contents change and the level of flexibility you need.
For simple and cost-effective storage → Corrugated cardboard box
For standardized storage handling → Plastic bin, storage bin and Euro container
For maximum flexibility → Frame system and movable divider
For precise and ergonomic small parts handling → Vacuum formed insert

Several solutions can be combined on the same tray to create optimal structure and maximize storage capacity.
Rubber mat
The rubber mat provides a stable and non-slip surface for the tray and is especially suitable together with the frame system and steel dividers, which do not have their own base. The mat protects both goods and trays while improving stability during picking and handling.
Sold in full rolls of 25 meters. Thickness 0.75 mm.

Plastic bin

Euro container
A robust standard container for efficient and stable storage.
Euro containers are particularly suitable for structured warehouse flows and can easily be combined with other fitting solutions for optimal tray utilization.
Fits perfectly lengthwise in 610 mm tray depth and crosswise in 820 mm tray depth. Temperature resistant from -30º to +70ºC.

The frame system is ideally used together with a rubber mat to provide a stable and non-slip surface.

Vacuum formed insert
For efficient and ergonomic handling of small parts where precision is essential.
The vacuum formed insert is made from durable plastic and features smooth corners that provide easy access and clear organization of small components. Especially suitable for screws, nuts, clips, springs and other small items.

Flex divider
The Flex divider with magnetic base makes it easy to create flexible and temporary compartments directly on the tray.
The divider attaches securely to the tray’s metal base and can quickly be moved or adjusted without tools. Perfect for changing workflows and varying product assortments.
The 400 mm long divider is optimal for 820 mm deep trays where two dividers fit perfectly. Place overlapping on other tray depths, such as 610 mm.

Steel divider
For environments where maximum durability and stability are required.
The steel dividers are made from galvanized steel and developed for demanding industrial applications where strength and durability are critical. The system is available in several heights and lengths and provides a stable and durable compartment layout on the tray.
Frame heights: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 mm.
Frame sold complete with screws, drill screws, and lock nuts.
Buy internal dividers separately.
